1991 – 2000 Managing Partner of TJS Partners, LP an opportunistic/special situations value-orient investment partnership (primarily publicly traded securities, but also significant private/control investments.)

2001-2003 Along with small group of investors (mostly friends and family) took ownership of 2 private investments from TJS Partners, LP liquidation.  Personal real estate investments.

2004 – 2011 Managing Partner of Security Funding, LLC, (successor to one of the private investments above) a specialty finance company conceived to originate, securitize and service residential security alarm monitoring contracts.

2012 – Present.  President of TJS Partners, Inc. which is the Investment Manager of TJS Value Fund, LP., an opportunistic/special situations value oriented investment partnership investing in publicly traded securities.
